where can i find a header for my 22re?

where can i find a header for my 22re?

where can i buy one and what should i expect power wise, how much of an increase will JUST headers do for me?

They have pretty good headers from what ive herd, soon as i get money im ordering some with complete exhaust.
Headers wont increase it that much, but its not like they wont do anything too.
Depending on the style of headers, ones that have less bends and whatnot tend to flow better, but honestly i dont think youll gain that power much off a 4cyl with just headers.

I had the LCEngineering header in my 89 with the 22re...It was great!!! I bought the whole system and it did make a noticeable difference. It is a bit pricey, but I was very pleased with it. I would recommend it. I had the Downey header with a stock exhaust before. There was a difference but not enough to excite me. The downey one wasn't quite as easy(could have been for several reasons) to put in and only lasted 5 years. Just my 2cents....

Hey im just wondering, i was looking at the header for the 22re
but it looks like the o2 sensor is farther away than the stock one?
how did it turn out?

ya the o2 sensor is moved farther back i the lcengineering one all it is is a single wire that u have to extend but works great

I never knew you needed more than one header for a inline four..

Why buy two headers if you only need one? Because redesigning the engine to have exhaust ports on both sides would be VERY costly..
