when should I replace o2 sensors?

hey, so my last tacoma recently was written off, plus side insurance got me a used 96 4x4 tacoma 4cyl with 60k on a factory engine and 280k on everything else, bone stock+cash to play with. I have trail gear front and rear bumpers on order have sliders and winch in my garage, OME full suspension waiting for me at the shipping depote, ARB locker on order, thinking of getting another one for the front and changing my gears to accomadate 33x9.5s.(does anybody know what gears a 96 5speed 4cyl taco would have? waiting tell north west off road to open so i can order their header. So my question is should i get new O2 sensors for my exhaust? they look pretty rusty. and does anybody sell a full exhaust system right to the header? i think ill just have one made up if not, i live in canada and dont have any emmisions or air care=no catalic converter! and same for MAF sensor should I be changing these at 280k? now im talking kilometers not miles.
thanks for any advice i am pretty new my last taco was pretty much stock exept for the tundra brake upgrade and some home made extra leafs i installed+bilstien coil overs so this is a first time for alot of these mods!
