Whats your dream rig?

I'm in the planning stages of my build. Before I start moving forward, I wanted to see what others really want to build, and WHY.

So what's your dream Toyota setup? Why that? And what do you want to use it for?

I currently have a 93 excab that i did a 3.4 swap in. that was one of the plans for the truck because the 3.0 sucks. 3.4 has way more power. I am currently (slowly) building a solid front axle out of an 85 pickup to swap in, because of offroad capabilities. simply put, IFS just doesnt cut it when it comes to flexing and rock crawling or what have you. Im not one to copy everyone else and do the typical RUF and chev 63's in the rear cause i like to try my own set ups by trial and error. however that didn't pan out cause you cant beat a SAS or a 3.4 swap so thats just a give in when you've got a 3rd gen lol. So for my leaf springs i've picked Wagoneer leaf springs off of a '76 wagoneer. 7pack up front @ about 52" eye to eye, 5pack in the rear @ about 57" e2e. The only guy i've heard of running them is the guy i bought them from so it will be interesting to see how they flex. I dont really see a variance in rigs other than the components they use for the SAS, generally they are the same and i say that very lightly because different companies use different metals and quite honestly, you get what you pay for. but like i said the 3.4 swap is pretty generic as well as the SAS

There is SO much stuff out there and its quite overwhelming to list cause its all soooo much money lol

85 SR5 Long bed, with a 3.0L V6 powertrain swap(exc. most of the front axle). Heavily modified for offroad use only.

Why that?

1. 84-88 body style
2. SFA
3. Regular cab
4. Long bed(longer wheelbase + larger bed capacity + more weight over the rear axle + I don't like the look of short beds or, needless to say, bobbed long beds.)
5. V6 torque + stronger power/drivetrain components
6. SR5 trim

What for?

1. Everything my 88 DLX V6 Long bed can't do.

I have two:

1. My '85 with a supercharged 5.7L Tundra motor, manual trans, and full size axles, sitting on 40-44" tires, and a B.A. push bumper up front.

2. My Tundra with a solid axle and a Turbo-diesel, lifted on 40-44" tires.

But I'm more of a mud runner than a rock crawler.

i would want a 07 or newer tundra double cab 5.7l super charged camed out full header exaust with about 700-800 hp

i would have to prolly run a allison 1000 tranny and atlas transfer case

siting on 5 ton militarys fully locked with four link front and rear

full inner roll cage sweet bumpers and steps

sitting on 54 boggers taged of course cause down here in florida thats totally legal haha

but of course this is just a dream ill prolly only end up with a extra cab long bed chevy on 5 tons with a mild 454 or 350 leaf springs th400 or nv4500 and the 53 michelins one day

-supercharged v8 but 4wd, not awd
-sas
-coilovers front and rear (so 3/4 linked)
-Nice trail gear style bumper
-tube style bumper with rear tire carrier
-roof rack, with lights and the works
-sliders
-exo
-locked front and rear
-body damage
-38's with beadlocks

Something like this but a wee taller
