I need to replace one of my belts and I dont know what it is!

I have a 1983 4x4 with a 22re motor. Has both A/C and Power steering. Its not the serpentine belt, but the one in front of it.

I thought it was the fan belt but I did some research and I've seen it called a Power Steering belt, A/C belt, fan belt..all sorts of stuff.

what is it and how do I replace it? (the manual in my truck is to a 20r so it doesn't do much help...at all.

 

Looks like it would be the power steering belt.
