Very Very Very Rusty Bolts

Hey there. I am frustrated with the two bolts that I am trying to take off on my exhaust system. Im putting a Borla catback system on and cannot take these two bolts off. They are extremely rusty. Literally, it looks like one whole piece. It doesnt even look like a bolt anymore, thats how rusty it is. Ive tried socket wrenches, wrenches, vise grips, wd40 and all that good stuff. Still no luck. Just stripping the bolt thats about it. Any tips on how to get that darn thing off?

Where are the bolts? Are you able to cut them off?

PB Blaster and time.

If you're spinning the bolt and it's not coming out, hopefully you just need to hold the nut on the other side otherwise you're looking at not much way around it ...

X2, if they're that rusty you won't be able to reuse them anyway.

Grind them or cut them off. They are useless anyway.

I've had good luck with Craftsman Bolt-Out sockets to get out rusty bolts.

Believe me, I have some pretty rusty bolts:

haha wow yea those are some rusty rigs. Seems like gold ones rust out faster or am i crazy? anyways you could try the heat wrench "torch" and get the bolts glowing red then try to turn em. careful tho. if its only the cat tho i'd chop it off and get rid of the pos stock cat anyways.
