Vacuum Line from Fuel Tank MIA

Vacuum Line from Fuel Tank MIA between canister and plenum
With the blue tape on it.
Hey All
I am putting 1987 4ruuner 22RE back together after doing head gasket and have one vacuum hose I cannot find a mate for that runs from firewall back to fuel tank along frame.
Anybody have an idea? Plenum is already back in place so hare to see where this may go.
Photo of line attached. It is rubber tubing with a foam layer on top.
