Tundra 17" wheel help.....

I have a 97 SR5 2WD with 15" OEM steelies. I just picked up a set of Tundra 17" split spoke wheels/tires off CL for $300! I've searched and cant find these few answers so anyone who can help with info and/or threads would be great. I test fit them and they seem to lineup perfect and the lugs seem to have plenty of thread and tighten well, but better safe than sorry... So here goes.

1. Are they direct fit or do I need spacers?
2. Will the OEM studs/lug nuts work or not without stripping or vibrating loose?
3. If not, where can I get studs/lugs for a good price?
