Torsion bars??

Cranking Torsion bars??

hey i've heard mixed things on cranking torsion bars on the IFS susp setup. If you guys could give me your opinions on cranking torsion bars thatd be great!

The more of an angle you put on your cv's, the faster they'll wear out. My torsion bars have been cranked about 1.5" for over 2 years now. And yes, my cv's need to be replaced. My main reason for cranking them up was becasue of the added weight of a winch and bumper, and to level out after installing Downey's HD rear coils.

If you crank them the ride will be stiffer if you don't have added weight to counteract it. I actually cranked mine down when I put the BJ spacers in to get better articulation & softer ride

Mine are cranked, but I plan on getting BJ spacers down the road instead.
No problems with it.
