tire size recomendation

I was wondering what size and what brand tire would you guys recomend. I'll be running about 4 inches of lift with dual t-cases, fairly stock 22re, 4.10 gears for now(will regear to 5.29 or 4.88 later on). the 4runner will be offroad 90% of the time. would like 35's for clearance, not sure about the width. the truck will see mostly hills of red clay and sand, not any rock in this area. I don't mind trimming the fenders at all.

35/12.15/15, if its lots of mud then a m/t, if its lots of sand then an a/t or something good in the sand

35s, don't go too wide. I like 12.5 wides for floation, they don't dig to much with my truck<4000lbs. That's not really a good thing always, in certain circumstances I wish I had 10.5s or less wide, but that's only on ocassion. I just need some more aggressive tread so the 12.5s will bite better, because I really do like them alot. I would never go any wider, they float good enough and the loss of linear traction could be significant.

I have a set of baja claw 33x12.50's on my cj and they work great on the street and seem to do pretty good on the trail. I have not tried them out on anything major yet. I have seen a yota with 35x14 boggers on it but he just could not spin them hard enough to dig through the loose dirt hills( he was just running 4.38 gears with a stock transfer case). but on the hard packed stuff it performed very well. what brands seem to clean out easily with a low horse power engine?
