Tire question...
I did a search, but I'm a little put off, so here goes:
I have the stock optioned 31x10.5 tires on the Porkchop, and they are crappy Dayton Timberlines (that came with it). Not sure how old they are, but the sidewalls are faded and the tread, though plenty left, is cracking a bit. Leads me to think they are quite old, and in need of replacement.
I'd like to upgrade to 32x10.5 or 33x10.5 but I can't seem to locate a good A/T tire in that size. I'm going to stick with A/T's since I want to retain some semblance of on-road performance (read: fuel economy). I will fix the saggy ass-end and if I must will do a mild body lift.
SO:
1. How do I adjust for the larger diameter size and correct odometer/speedometer calibration?
2. Suggestions on where to find that size tire? Tire Rack doesn't carry them. Budget is no more than $150 per tire (and thats stretching it) since if I go up, I need to swap my spare on the rear carrier, too.

I've never heard of any 32x10.50.
Your choices in 33x10.50-15 are as follows:
BFG A/T, M/T, Baja
Dunlop Radial Rover RVXT
SuperSwamper LTB (34x10.50)
SuperSwamper Radial TSL
SuperSwamper Thornbird

Thats the thing- BFG apparently doesn't make a 33x10.50 in the AT (KO). This is according to their website. Now, IIRC, I can go to 12" width on the stock alloys, right?
For that matter, with 33's what is the difference from the speedometer's reading versus what my actual speed? Can the speed sensor be mod'ed?

Oh yes they do. A friend of mine purchased a set not more than a month ago. The do not make the 33x9.50 in the mud terrain anymore, but they still make a 33x9.50 in the All terrain, as well as a 33x10.50, and a 33x12.50. the AT comes in a 32x11.50 IIRC as well.
Yes, you can mod your speedo. You replace the gear that sits inside the transfer case, and put in a new one with a different ratio. Its a pain. Easier just to use GPS, figure out how much you are off, and know.
As far as ODO goes, take your new tire size, divide it by your old tire size, and you get a number. Multiply that number by your mileage on the ODO, and that is how far you've actually gone. So, for 31's to 33's, it would be 1.06. If your Odometer reads 240 miles, then you have actually gone 1.06X240=254.4
