Tips for cleaning Aisin hub parts

I'm a newbie and have been spending a lot of time reading thru this forum. I've got a new to me 1998 Tacoma 4X4 and need to rebuild the Aisin hubs. I'm comfortable with the tear down/rebuild process, but want some tips on cleaning all the parts once they have been disassembled. I don't have a parts cleaner. What's the best/easiest/cheapest way for me to clean these parts at home? Also, I've read about people using different types of lube for reassembly. I know not to over lube, but what's better? MP grease, aerosol white lithium?

Go to the parts store, and get either a parts washer that comes in a paint can looking container or get a couple cans of break cleaner.

As far a greese goes, just use your favorite wheel bearing grease.

This might help http://www.4x4wire.com/toyota/mainte...d/hub_rebuild/ - They might say something about what to clean with. Usually I just use a paper towel, as I only have Moly grease that got in there.

Brake Clean. Solvent tank. Or parts washer. Most people only have access to the first one

this one doesn't have a cleaning solvent in it, but is a good reference for what you are wanting to do.
