thumping noise and tire question

thumping noise and tire question
I have a 2004 4Runner with a V8 and awd. After a stop there is an annoyin thumping noise which I have brought up to the dealer and they grease it but it does not go away. What can I do? There is also a tire light issue that seems to go on when the temp changes, it says low tire pressure.
