throttle position sensor

94 4 with 3vze is there any easy way to check throttle position sensor

Get a spare plug with 6 inches of wire remaining from salvage yard, strip 1" of the ends off the wires, remove the existing plug from the TP, and plug the spare in. Get out your voltage meter and feeler gauge and follow the instructions for testing it in the FSM (see link in my signature)
