Alright so I'm driving home from work which is about 20 miles away on the highway,truck running great. I get off and at the first set of lights my truck starts throbbing at idle. It revs up and then back to normal. It only happens when idling, and is fine when I'm on the gas. Any suggestions? I ran out of gas a couple weeks ago so I'm thinking I might have sucked some crap into fuel filter?

Lower your base idle speed, your hitting the fuel cut durring idle contact.

Throbbing hu? intresting word selection.

 

This is just done by turning that little screw on the throttle body correct?
