Tech Test ...thread pitch..Project Pickle

Ok ...a Tech test ...so I working on a few fuel tank for my build here trying to get it ready to clean up and coat the inside with POR tank liner ..I know many have been here ....just try and remove the sending unit and pick up on a rusty tank without twisting of a few screws ....so now I need to drill and tap and get more screws .....here's the test part....any Idea what the thread pitch is ......back in my Cruiser days I remember there being two thread pitches that were very common on them ....but that was quite a few years ago and I'm just getting back into a Toyota project ...a frame up 84 SR5 Extra cab ......so need to get these sort of things back in my head....

Checking a fuel pump bracket the holes are for a 6 mm bolt so I would say go with 6mmx1.0

Then it is yours you can with what you want.
