Question Tacoma 4x4 Advice Please

Hello guys!! Im in the market to get a new truck and have a few questions. First, Im I'll be looking for a 01-04 Tacoma 4x4 4 door with the 3.4L. I would like to get a auto but not sure how tuff the tranys are? I will be putting my trd supercharger on it. (have to take it of the S Runner before I sell it) Will the auto trany hold up to the Charger ok? Is there a ball park milage that you guys are having to rebuild them? Id like to switch to a auto that way the wifey can drive it too. Is there anything else that I should look out for in these trucks before buying?
I love toyotas and will continue driving them. Hate to get rid of the S-runner but need to get something I can fit the family in and want to get back into the 4 wheelin in the same step. Thanx for reading

The 4 door tacos never came with a manual, Although its not very hard to swap one in...Seems like thats not what you'd like to do though..In all honesty, I dont think your gonna have a problem with your tranny unless you just straight beat the living crap out of it. They are pretty tough cookies.
