T100 power steering doesn't work

Hello,

I need to get my power steering back on my 93 2wdr pickup. I've replaced the following: pump (remanu napa) , fluid (OEM), high and low pressure lines, belt (and yes it's correctly tensioned), rack and pinion. The only thing I haven't changed is the abs unit that goes between the high/low pressure lines and the pump. At first, I thought the pump was bad so I replaced it. No change. Definitely no air in the system since all is quiet. Changed lines and belt, still no power. So next, I replaced the pump thinking it was bad but still no power. Rack and pinion were worn so replaced this as well, but still no power. Fluid is pumped throught the system and when I initially installed each pump (4 of them) and flushed the system with new fluid, there seemed to be some assist but this went away after a block or so of driving distance.

So what's going on with this?

The only thing I didn't change were the tie rod ends because I was sent the wrong parts. One thing I notice is that going hard on the left or right end stops doesn't cause the usual squealing, in fact no noise at all. It works as if there wasn't any pump at all. BTW, I tried four different pumps thinking this was the issue and that didn't fix it. Also, put a filter inline from the low pressure return line to the resevoir. Also, no obstructions from the resevoir either on the input or output.

Anything I haven't done you could recommend? I would like to test the pressure on the output line but need the fittings to do this. The only thing I'm thinking now is that ABS unit inline.

thanks,
