T100 Leaf Springs - normal?

T100 Leaf Springs - normal?
I took a look at my rear leaf springs the other day. It seems like one is hanging off the edge. This is happening equally on both sides. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? 1996 T100 Extended cab.
