hey i have noticed now that my right front seems so much more harsh sounding when dropping off rock, curb or whatever than my left front. the torsions on the right are softer than ones on right. torsions seem to be fine and tight. wonderin maybe it could be the ball joint?? it just dont sound right.

also one more question i am wondering i have bj spacers on my truck do i need a 1" diff drop?? just wondering bout that one. thanks

 

no you dont need a 1'' diff drop. could be ball joints and you may just need grease things up a bit. but my vote is on ball joints those things can be kinda noisy when they get old and worn out

 

is it your steering stops?? mine are noisy as hell LOL

 

yeah the little rubber caps fall off the steering stops and they screech and groan when on full lock and going up or down a bump. Take some grease and put a dab on contact areas. There are 4. That stopped mine.

 

alright thanks. if that dont fix it than ima go with some new balljoints. they are prob bout due anyways.

 

ok with the steering stoppers i just looked and two of mine have plastic caps on them and the other two dont? i think that could be it hearing metal on metal contact??? but idk
