yes.
essentially, you either remove or move the pockets.
then make a wood panel (called a baffle) to hold the speaker.
now you may need to cut a bigger hole for the speaker's magnet to go through.
screw the wood panel to door. then mount the speaker to panel. carpet or cover the panel with a grill.
this makes a better mount than the silly ones on the dash where they point down...

careful with the q-forms...
if your dead pedal (or clutch) gets used alot... you might end up buying a new q-form or a speakers...
for me, that area gets dirty whenever i wheel.. especially in the mud.

The previous owner did.
He moved the maps pockets to the rear, as they reside up front stock.
Very easy to relocate them.
