Is the VIN off the '75 cab? emissions go by what year the vehicle is and as long as it passes what restrictions are on '75 model vehicles then theres not a problem

Aye aye aye. Any chance of the body VIN no longer being readable? I mean, 35 years can do a lot to an old truck body...
