Small front end lift?

Ok guys here i am again. I feel so retarded trying to figure out all these ACRONYMS! Haha I've been reading a lot about these BJ spacers and I think I want to get a set but.... 1. Do they even make them for a 03 truck? 2. is it as easy as just installing the spacers and realigning your truck to get a couple inches out of the front end? And on a side note we really need a newb dictionary.

Balljoint spacers are for the preTaco torsion bar suspension trucks.

All you need are coil spacers - talk to Doug at toytec lifts

toytec is good, but for smaller amounts of lift I think Dave at Cornfed suspensions is better, and he will custom make a height for you.
