I just recently got my 88 4runner and cant figure out how to find the female end of the seat belt. I think theyre under the seat but i dont know how to get the bottom part of the seat up, any help would be great, thanks.

 

Towards the top of the back part of the seat on either side near the wall should be a little button or lever to push/pull that allows the back part to fold down. DO THAT! Then, on the lower part of the seat, towards the middle, there should be a strap for either side, just yank on that a lot. If there is no strap, try pulling up on the lower part. Its a PITA, but once you get it, its pretty easy ....
