Rotor & caliper swap question

Rotor & caliper swap question
I have an 85 pickup 4x4 and want to do a brake job. I've searched exstensivly through the forums and have read about people doing the swap but nothing quite clear on what parts to get. So can I buy 1995 V6 pickup rotors & calipers and will they fit my 85???? Any help is much appreciated.

I'm curious too, for my 87 4runner.
From what I understand you can swap the V6 4runner calipers and keep the discs of your 22RE model (I could be wrong about disc compatiblity). BUT...you'll want to also upgrade to the V6's brake booster (larger) and master cylinder (larger).
I'm sure someone will correct me here
