well the guy who had it before me put a locker in it but he drove it for along time after that untill recently when a older guy pulled out in front of him but he drove probably 60 miles a day but i cant figure this thing out the last 3rd the the front pinion seal was bad slingin out oil but i replaced it and that stoped it but the new one is actin like its bone dry and its full of fluid but the weird thing is that when i swaped it the rear brake lines never got fluid. it does vibrate when i stop and start off untill i hit 20 its fine but after that its like a death shake but i was thinking it was the tires cause i havent put my new ones on yet

i agree with checking the preload on the pinion bearings, if they get just a little loose they will roar.

Roaring or shaking?

You sound conflicted and your issue sounds like dshaft ujoints.

O.k. The driveshaft may be the problem, or atleast part of it. Like he says, u-joints need checked for looseness too. If the dent is big enough, it may be trashed.

How did that happen? The dent. Just curious.
