Returning my inheritance to life

I have inherited a 1986 Toyota truck. The truck has around 170,000 miles has been sitting outside for almost 3 years. I am trying to start it and see what I can do with it. I have replaced the the park plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter, and battery. The truck cranks over but wont start. I purchased a starter fluid spray that I have sprayed into the throttle body/intake manifold. When I use the spray the truck will crank over and start for a second befote it sputters and dies. I do not know where to go from here, please help. Thank you.

Im assuming its carbeureted. If it is, its probably gonna need a thorough cleaning and rebuild if its been sitting for 3 years
