Rear spring sag of 95 4runner

Rear spring sag of 95 4runner
Hey, I am researching ways to combat the common rear sag of the stock suspension. I am considering using 2" spacers to lift the back. Has anyone done this? Will I need a spring tool.
The other option is to install aftermarket springs. What is the benefit of doing this? I dont intend to upgrade any other part of the suspension at this time (ie.. no new shocks if possible).
Just want a level looking 4runeer with a little taller tires in the well.
Thanks a ton in advance. The guys on here seem like a great resource.
