are the rear ends in 1999 land cruiser and 4 runner the same?

 

Need to look in the door jam and find your axle code. I've never had a land cruiser but have had three 3rd gen 4runners. All three had different gear ratios. Post a pic of the tag inside the drivers door jam and I'll help you sort it out. Some of the third gen Runners have axle codes that you won't find in most charts but I have figured out how to read them.
