98 Rancho 1.5 coilsprings into a 2000 tacoma

I have a 2000 tacoma and a set of Rancho 1.5 lift coil springs from a '98 does anyone know if these are bolt in and if there are any major mods I have to do other than an alignment?

I would really like some feed back on this issue. I guess the posting should have been different than newbie, but i am a newbie, just figuring this out.

I believe they should because the Tacomas didn't have any major changes until 2001. What are you doing with the rear? You also might want to post this over on the TTORA forums too.

I was thinking add a leaves in the rear. I called Rancho with the # off the springs and they didn't have any updates saying if they would fit or not. I suppose they want to sell more lift kits instead. Thanks Paul

Rancho acknowledges them in their computer, I think they are a h/d spring for plowing or heavy winch bumpers? At least the guy I traded some tires for said that.
