Radiator dual core upgrade

Radiator dual core upgrade
I have been trying to find a junkyard radiator that would be a good upgrade for the 4runner. Allowing people to go to a duel core and getting better cooling then the original radiator.
After walking around picknpull with a measuring tape I happened to find a single core in a mazda b2200 that I couldn't find on a shelf. But after getting home I found a ford radiator that is actually measures smaller then our original radiator but is thicker and has a dual core. Theory is that it might cool the fluid a little better.
Keep in mind, this is a CHEAP upgrade for people with less money. I realize they make a duel core copper rad for just under 300 bucks.

Any thoughts?

ps. I am currently running a jeep transmission oil cooler instead of the original transmission cooler that is built in.
