Please though, whatever you do don't make it a poser rig, god I hate poser rigs. My friend has a jeep with a 12 inch lift and 37" Mud Terrains, and he isn't re geared or have lockers or anything. It looks like it should do great on the trails, but I know that without at least re gearing he is in trouble with those tires, and no locker? My truck will kill him in 2wd. But of course he doesn't believe me, because he don't know Jack SH*%. The faster he realizes it's not about how your rig looks, it's about what it's got in it, the better.

 

oh hell no! It will only be a poser rig for about a month after i get tires and a lift, i will be getting lockers soon after. You dont have to worry about me, i hate those people too.

Why is it that most of the jeep guys are idiots? If you ever go to the skatepark you will see the kids who BMX(me) and skate, those are essentially the Yota guys, then there is the scooter kids, nobody wants them around or to have anything to do with them and they always think their stuff is better than yours. Those are the jeep guys.

 

They aren't all douchebags, some of them are ok, when they know what they are talking about. Personally I like the old classic jeeps, they are unique and tough. I just hate when Jeepers say "its a jeep, its meant for that". All I can do is roll my eyes and sigh, because explaining it to them would be futile.

 

oh i know, im just steriotyping. Im not accually that close minded haha. i girl i know wants a cherokee and she got frusterated because i kept calling them heeps. But its all good, how often do you find a chick that wants a beater so that she can go wheelin. I have to teach her to drive a stick though.

 

I have an 85' CJ-7 and its a beautifully capable rig, but I'm not a fan of the "new school" jeeps so I am a convert looking for a 3rd Gen.
