I need to put valve seals in my 91 toyota pickup 22re enginge can I do this without pulling the head off? Thanks for any help.

 

How do you know? Seems a awful detailed project for someone who doesn't know if you have to remove the head. I'm not trying to be rude but what are your symptoms? How did you arrive at this possible solution? Did a mechanic tell you this? A friend?
