Red face

You mean the pulley in your picture .

If that is loose it means the bearings are going out in the power steering pump.

Are you sure the idler pulley that adjusts the belt tension is not going bad or came loose ??

You checked the bolts holding the pump were tight??

Yes I mean the pulley on the picture .
That's was wobbling a bit. Which the guy at the shop said isn't normal.
How hard is it to change the bearings if that is the culprit?

All the nuts are tight and the belt feels like they're tighten at normal.

Is it wobbling a bit or alot?
Most likely pulley is bent, which will just put a strain on pump shaft.
Eventually will cause pump failure.
If it were me, I would replace the pump and pulley you can use the fluid reservoir over
again baring its not toast.
Make you check idler pulley, PS belt, and PS hoses for leaks/damage.

Update:

Took it to the shop. Wobble isn't nothing major . And is normal. But the belt needed a upgrade. So I had them replace . P/a pressure hose is leaking a bit .

I'm planning to DIY . Hopefully all goes smoothes
