power source

I have lost power at the fuse block for my turn signals. (the fuse is good)I have done a continuity test from the fuse block on and all is good. so my question is how does the fuse block for the turn signal get it's power? is it powered by the hazard fuse in the engine compartment ? and what color is the wire/ i can't seem to find the power source in the wiring diagram. ( i have been working on this problem for a long time oh by the way this is on a 95 4 runner with 3.0. someone please save me. thanks
