Please help motor turns but wont start???

So I just finshed doing all the gaskets on my 85 carbed 22r and I dropped it into my 82 pickup I swapped the wiring when I did this for it to match up. It cranks but will not start It has spark and I can see fuel being shot into the carb I replaced the acceleration pump and the mechanical fuel pump I also set the timing to tdc compression stroke and I set the distributor back to factory. I dont know why it wont start. If you have any ideas please help I need my truck on the road badly.

You got the timing marks wrong on the rebuild. The cam is out of time with the crank.

I bet is spins faster too.

so It was a ground issue one of the power steering hoses where getting hot aswell as a ground wire I added some grounds to the head and power steering pump and that fixed that prob. I charged my battery and it turns really fast. So It might be the cam I hope not case we allinged the point on the cam with the bright link on the chain like its supposed to be. And Ive done the timing chain cover like 3 times on the old motor and I never knew about the bright link I just put it back together so unless I got lucky 3 times in a row im stumped I even sorayed the carb with liquid fire and it didnt start.
