Paint Advice

Hey Everyone I was wanting to paint the bottom of my 91 4runner either just a grey to try and match the bumpers, or paint it with like a smooth rubber coating (like the spray bed liners). i also am planning on painting the wheels a flat black and i have removed the running boards pictured.

I like it over the wheel wells. Just make sure your line has a smooth arc and stays an even distance away from the edge.
