Hey guys, I've got a '09 Taco 4,0/6spd. Recently the P/S lines started rusting out one by one. I've got new pressure line and return installed. but the real bad leak is one of the transfer lines on the rack itself. its to lines that go side to side from one end, to the other where they are threaded into the pinion area. They are a nightmare to get to, but I've got the offending line removed. Well..no one sells replacement transfer lines. I have one option of buying a cheap rack and stealing the lines off it. Or..what I would prefer is buying some conversion fittings and using a small length of SS braided hose so I never have to worry about this again. buying SS braided lines and fittings will be cheaper than a rack I think.
I just need help with what type of fitting it is exactly..I have a picture..its like an inverted o ring flare? The fitting thread major OD is 13.6mm or around .537' or so.thread minor .470'' With roughly 16 TPI. the ID where the line travels through is .320" (5/16 size line) And as you see it has a heavily shrunk, and then an inverted o ring flare. I want to adapt this fitting to a -6AN male. has anyone seen anything like that? sorry about the size
Being toyota I believe the threads would be 14mm x a 1.5 thread pitch. I'd contact a hydraulic hose manufacturing shop in your area and see what they have to offer
Thanks for the advice, I will surely keep it in my mind. I also would like to help you by sharing https://casinosanalyzer.com/online-c...portcasino.com website with you in which you can find WinPort casino site reviews through which you can make money.
