opinions on lc's cold air intake

i have a 22re engine and i just ordered headers from lc engineering. i noticed they had a cold air intake system for the crazy price of $250. wondering if it's worth the money and if i can expect a noticable difference in power. thanks for the help

i don't mind spending the money for the headers. it was $360. the nice thing about them is that the headers will pass smog. i live in california so every once and a while i have to get her smoged. and this way i won't have to change them out. even though it's pretty easy. will i notice a change in power by adding the cold air intake? and how hard is it to make my own? thanks for the help

uhmmm...you already have a cold air intake on your truck stock. The only thing that will help (minimal by the way) is building a larger intake tube from the air box to the intake. Search ISR mod and go from there.
