Oil type question 2006 tacoma prerunner

Hey is ok to use fully synthetic oil in my 2006 tacoma prerunner V6, just got the truck. It has about 77,000 miles

Its pretty much your choice, but I would recommend that you use synthetic after the engine is broken in. This article here should answer all your questions.

Try rotella t6 synthetic 5 w 40, good stuff. I think at 77k our motor can take it.
