Definitely vacuum tubing, but the metal part, obviously, not the rubber hose part.

Absolutely no clue...if your dealership guys are as nice as mine they'll look it up for you. If not, which seems to be the norm...you may need to figure out the actual name of it and search for the cost. I'd try to find it on here or the Marlin forum. Try the "practically anything you want thread". Or your local junkyards. Am I seeing right that up at the bend in the middle you've got two messed up hoses? Otherwise why do you need a new one? I would definitely find one online used or a junkyard. No need to buy something like that new.

well it all started with a high Idle problem i coudnt trace it my roommate said that i need to replace the whole system to get it running smoothly but when i got the truck it didnt have any emissions already but ran fine for me so im not sure as what to do i think I just need to put everything back together and go from there
