Not getting any fuel!

Alright I have a 1991 4runner, 3.0 v6. That I was having fuel issues with, figured it was the fuel pump since the EFI fuse kept blowing as soon as the key was turned. Replaced the fuel pump, same issue kept occurring, found out that the O2 sensors were shorting it out. Fixed that issue, it ran good afterwards. Took it for a drive about 10 minutes in it started chugging. Then it only got worse and worse. Had the chance to pull over, seen that it had a fuel leak that was coming from the frame, up by passenger side wheel. Tried to find the leak, no go. Now it will not start, it's getting no fuel to the rail. But there is a relay or connection that is getting really hot, besides the engine bay fuse box. The brown one. I do not know what this is for or what it's purpose is. Some help with this would be awesome since it is my daily driver!!

Dud you check wires running to the pump for corrosion/bad contact? The fuel leak could be from a rotted pump bracket or line that broke while changing the pump

fuel filter? if its clogged and the pump has a lot of pumping pressure going through it, it could over heat the electrical due to the fact its working harder than usual. not only that but the increased pumping pressure could spring that leak.

just a thought that crossed my mind. honestly i'm not sure if you can "dead head" a fuel pump or not.

NO more blown fuse after replacing the O2 sensor?
Did you check if you were getting power to fuel pump?

Does anyone care to post a schematic of the truck so we can help analyze?

Grady Gallamore, care to post a picture of that suspect relay so others would know which one you're talking about? and we can see schematic to see if it's related to issue at all?
