So, if the oil spillage is connected to the loss of brakes then you have oil all over the brake pads, spray down with brake cleaner untill fixed. If the oil spillage is a cosmic fluke that just happened at exact momment of brake loss, then you must have air in the lines from the wheel cylinder install. But, since the e-brake does not work, you probably have a good coating of oil on every thing. Take it apart and have a look.

Wheel cylinder froze extended out, therefor dragged the pad into oblivion. Dirty gunked up brakes can wear funny, making one pad wear and the other not so much.

changed the cylinder, had a broken spring on the drivers side. fixed and bled brakes still no brakes took off master it was filthy as hell inside and gunky cleaned and nothing.

last place is the master before i tear off the brake lines. they get hard and build up pressure but still go all the way to the floor. no leaks any where

your master cylinder might very well be bad. I assume you know the propper procedure for bleeding the brakes?
