Newbie Suspension Question

I ordered new Ole Man EMU springs and shocks for my 1996 4runner. I noticed that the front appears to sit 1" lower than the front.

I would like to "trim" the front up a bit. One thing a noticed on the ARB website is:

The Old Man EMU 891 (REAR) spring is 3.0" lift and the 881 (Front) spring is 1.25" lift. Seems like they should be closer to the same size? Does that mean I would have add spacers to trim the front up?

Thanks
