newb wheel question

http://www.4wheelparts.com/Wheels/Ro..._pn=PCW51-6783

i am wondering about putting these wheels on a 99 4 runner and am wondering if they would work due to two things i dont quite understand yet. would a 4" backspacing work and they say max 2000 lbs but i know my truck weighs more than that. is that lbs per wheel?

also what would be an aggresive size tire to run on that size rim with a 3" spring spacer lift.

any help is much appreciated. and i dont wanna hear answers telling me i need to search. i did search and would like some explanations. thanks
