Question new engine wont run, throwing code 11?
tested the tps its fine in all specs but truck acts like its starved for fuel ?

Code 11 could also be a bad ecu.

ECU could be bad, But also not enough power.
Check all connections and if you can swap/replace the EFI relay.
Make sure the ECU is grounded good.
