alright so i was going down some mud trails up in the up of michigan when i came across a 1995 toyota 4runner smoking realllly bad and the guyasked me to tow it to town so half way out of the trails he says that his front right cylinder is shot and its his 2nd head job asked me if i want it i thought he was joking but i ended up getting the carfor 100 dollars its got some rust through on the rear quarter panels so bondo time and i got the heads off being milled right now and doing some small stuff clean this polish that kinda thing but i was thinking of selling my wrangler and putting the money into a good lift and tires and some bumpers and a winch if anybody can help me with where to get the bumpers and lift from ill keep everyone updated on head progress pics to come soon

 

Cool, yea, get rid of the Jeep

for the bumpers and lift stuff, check the venders section of the forum, all of them make good suff

 

sounds good, i would be careful with the rust, it gets pretty bad on these things. you may need to do more than bondo work

Check out www.engnbldr.com for some good gaskets and stuff for the engine to make sure it doesnt pop again

 

well i have the heads at 60 a piece then new valves, springs, retainers, gaskets etc. and all the money ive got 400 in receipts in 3 days

 

not too bad, only have 500 invested in it so far.
