Need Help removing A/C evaporator,General A/C help

Trying to get my A/C working. I have a siezed line on the evaporator so it looks like I am going to have to cut the line behind the nut where it connects. The lines are bad and I will have to have them remade. My question is there a how to for removing the evaporator for my 83 pickup? How hard is it to remove? Is there a source for new hoses instead of having them made?

should be pretty easy to remove...
Disconnect the hoses from the firewall
Pull the glove box and start removing the bolts that hold it in..

As far as new lines go I would try the junk yards.. or if some one online is parting one out..

I got a new line for my truck about a week ago.
