need help choosing a motor for my 93 pick up

hey guys im new to yodatech i just purchased a 93 toyota pick up v6 3.o i wanted to swap it but i was looking for a motor which is mostly plug and play with a few exceptions ofcourse maybe you guys could help me choose one which involves the minimal fabricating

3.4 or 3.4sc swap its kinda spendy but worth it!

im in the middle of a 4.3 vortec swap into my 92 automatic runner. ill let you you know.. im about 2 days into the build. still trying to see if it easier to use the auto tranny or 5spd manual.

i picked up the vortec with 80,000 on it for 500 bucks and i already had a downer s-10 so that makes it alittle easier for me
