I just got this ’94 Xcab for $1,750.00. It runs and drives great with 159k miles on it. It’s in pretty good shape for a New England truck. No rust on the body and only superficial rust underneath.

I had a couple of questions which I hope have not been beaten to death on the forum, if so accept my apologies. For now I want to improve it’s appearance while keeping it reasonably stock. The bumpers are bent and rusty, so I was thinking that replacing them would be a good starting point. I was looking at Fey bumpers, anyone know if they are any good? Also, a local place has a new looking OEM rear bumper, but they want like $350 for it. Is it better to stick with OEM where possible? Any advice would be appreciated.

I also want to replace the rusty looking steel wheels. Advice in this area would be appreciated as well.

This looks like a great forum, so glad I found it. I have not had a Toyota truck in a couple of years, since the buy back took away my ’96 Tacoma. The ’94 actually seems a bit more solid, though slightly slower with the smaller V6.
