Need Advice on a 3rdgen 4Runner

Back Again, I guess my post got deleted because of a vague title. I am kind of stuck as to what I should do next, I figured I could post my runner here and get some advice. I am done with suspension with a 2"Roger Brown and a 3"Suspension. I am currently wearing 31" Pirelli Scorpions.
I have the welded rock sliders, the Surco rack with some PIAA 520's and a Cobra 75 and the usual. Just looking for some ideas from fellow wheelers. Thanks

Get some bigger tires. 31's will fit on a stock runner

def. bigger tires, atleast 33"s... maybe a hood scoop later down the road if you suffer from hood scoop envy, i know i did, until i bought the scooped hood
